The German language DVD of "Once More, With Feeling", released on 15 Feb 2003, was the first commercially available DVD of the musical. It contains the full version of the musical episode plus a few extras which, surprisingly, are not about the musical episode.
From what I can gather from web-translations of reviews on Amazon.de, the featurette included, "Buffy - Inside the Music", is the same one found in the Season 4 box set, and doesn't actually mention "Once More, With Feeling". The details of the DVD Feature list probably match the Region 2 disc.
It seems aimed at people who want a German language version of the episode, but aren't collecting the full series. Collectors would be better off waiting for the Season 6 box set which, it appears from the picture of the back cover, is due July 2003.
